Konga Kickboxing | Ep.48 Martial Arts Workout

WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... found myself at Santino Marella's gym, Battle Arts Academy, in Ontario Canada for this workout. My old WWE colleague Santino wasn't around so I hooked-up with 3X Kickboxing World Champion from Egypt, Khaled Fahim aka Konga, for an intense Kickboxing session. It's been a while since I've strapped on boxing gloves, so there was more than a bit of ring-rust on this Celtic Warrior which Konga soon slapped-off me. Great workout with lots of footwork, pads, kicks, knees and punches. I can't say I killed this kick boxer workout but I gave it my best shot and i'll be back for more Konga Fitness in the near future... remember folks it's not about nailing it every time, it's about Brave Change.
